BRUCE WIENER – PRESIDENT
With over 25 years experience in
reprographics, facilities and document management, Bruce has managed
and maintained long-term client relations in 20 states throughout
the country. While transparent to the customer, Bruce relies on a varied
group of industry specialists to enhance his support in all facets
of client service. As a result, BW has quickly built a strong team,
continued company growth, and expanded an impressive client base. Bruce
is known for strategizing win/win programs for our clients’ demands.
With a finance degree from Syracuse University, he has built his career
achieving efficient sustainable systems for his clients’ long term
needs and success.
RAY RAVELO – OPERATIONAL MANAGER
Ray has worked for over a decade
for three of New York’s leading construction companies. His background
and knowledge of the architectural, engineering and construction community
is a great asset to our organization and our clients. His working knowledge
of the present design and construction paper production and bid distribution
process enhances BWR’s existing staff of reprographic specialists.
With his complimentary ability to understand our clients’ changing
priorities and personalized style, Ray maintains and nourishes the highest
level of communications and service reliability.
CHARLES GARCIA – ASSISTANT PRODUCTION MANAGER
Charles (Chuck) maintains
an important role in BWR’s communication with its customers. As head
of customer service, Chuck provides constant email, fax and
phone conversations to our customers. With over ten years experience
in all aspects of operating various reprographic equipment services,
Chuck provides ongoing job status, and he knows the techniques to adjust
to customers’ changing
needs. We are appreciative to have him as part of our team.
SHAMELLA BROWN – DISPATCHER
With over five years experience providing dispatching
services for both a NYC reprographic firm and two delivery service companies,
Shamella’s recent commencement with BW brings forth increased professional
experience to this position. As the first line of BW client communication,
she will promote the companies progressive vision, with professionalism,
responsiveness, and integrity. We welcome her to our organization.
AUGIE ROMERO – TECHNICAL SUPPORT MANAGER
With over ten years of professional
experience, Augie is a specialist in technology-based reprographics.
His knowledge of Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) and Web-based Interfaces
is a great benefit for our firm and our clients. Augie’s greatest
advantage is in the areas of: Online Plan rooms ( ProjectDox, Planwell,
Pipeline),
auto cad printing
interface,
automated print tracking and distribution,
scan to file management,
various software interface,
design file conversion expertise.
NELSON AGUILAR – FACILITY SUPERVISOR, NEW YORK
Having worked in the
reprographics industry for the past 10 years, Nelson is a highly experienced
and motivated manager. With extensive experience within the facility
management (FM) environment, his tenure includes gained experience while
previously working for one of the largest privately-held provider of
FM’s
in the country. Nelson utilizes this gained expertise to promote BWR’s
program for a complete document support solution. His broad knowledge
dates from the older Diazo Ammonia machines to now installing multifunctional
printer/fax/copiers and expense recovery systems.
JEFF AUSTIN – MANAGER BW DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS, NEW JERSEY
Jeff has been in the reprographics industry for the past 15
years. Prior to BWR, Jeff worked with Bruce Wiener as the New Jersey
Operations Manager with the largest, privately-held provider of FM
services. Currently, Jeff is the New Jersey Facilities Manager at BW
Reprographics and manager of BW’s emerging Document Management Solutions
Division. Working
with Bruce Wiener, he has created a document management team to expand
the BWR technology footprint.
HASANI GOUVEIA – OPERATOR
With over five years experience
at a leading archival/scanning firm, Hasani has provided both commercial
and on-site scanning services. His expertise with setup, quality control
and efficient production at an on-site scanning operation will be most
beneficial for our transitional needs in document management.
